Trevor Hietpas
Director, Manufacturing BILDT
Trevor Hietpas is Director of Manufacturing at BILDT, responsible for manufacturing strategy and the production of prefabricated and modular solutions. His remit includes line design, workforce development, capacity planning, production scheduling and continuous improvement. Trevor joined BILDT in 2025 after eight years with The Boldt Company and previously served as Controls Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Lawrence University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
