Tim Annin is an architect in Gensler’s San Francisco office and Community Impact Leader for the Northwest region. His experience ranges from major airport and commercial projects to workforce housing and small community initiatives. Through Gensler’s partnership with DignityMoves, Tim has contributed to supportive housing communities and explored how thoughtful design and collaboration can accelerate housing delivery for people experiencing homelessness.

- Overcoming complex phasing constraints by deploying off-site constructed corridor modules that enabled terminal redevelopment to progress
- Accelerating project delivery through an integrated design-build approach, early trade partner engagement, and advanced VDC planning that enabled fabrication to begin at 75% design and helped reduce the overall schedule by nearly a year
- Transforming temporary infrastructure into a passenger-facing experience by balancing constructability, safety, and operational requirements throughout active construction
