Stan Chiu is Director of Integrated Project Delivery for HDR’s architecture practice, based in Los Angeles. An advocate for Lean design and construction, he has contributed to the development of Target Value Design and Set-Based Design and previously served as board chair of the Lean Construction Institute. Stan focuses on collaboration and continuous improvement in project delivery.
