Shaun Patchell, AIA, is Director of Engineering at LF Driscoll. His expertise includes building envelope design, commissioning, quality assurance and forensic investigations. He leads multidisciplinary teams supporting healthcare, higher education, commercial and museum projects, working with owners, architects and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges. Shaun is also co-chair of AIA Philadelphia’s Building Enclosure Council.
