As logistics manager, Nic Corsini partners with project teams to effectively and efficiently manage onsite material and prefabrication strategies to enhance project outcomes. Drawing on his experience with Amazon, Nic develops comprehensive warehousing and material solutions, including intake, quality assessment, storage, multi-trade prefabrication, and delivery. Nic leverages the latest technology to find practical solutions to project risks. He currently leads logistics for a 480,000-square-foot construction program on Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s downtown medical campus, where he oversees the team’s offsite warehouse and prefabrication site.
