Michael Merle is a Solutioneer and Director of Development at Autovol, bringing experience across modular and conventional hospitality and residential construction. He previously held business development leadership roles at Guerdon Modular Buildings, working on multifamily, hospitality, student and workforce housing projects. Michael also led the wall panel prefabrication division of Mitsui Home America, extending his experience in factory automation. His background connects client development with the practical capabilities of modular manufacturing.
