Eric Roark is Executive Vice President of Design and Construction at NexCore Group, a healthcare real estate developer. Before joining NexCore, he spent more than 12 years at UCHealth, progressing from construction auditing to Senior Director of Design and Construction. His experience includes healthcare construction, budget management and team development. Eric holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
