With over 35 years in the electrical trade, Dave Valeri brings a wealth of hands-on experience spanning residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Throughout his career, Dave has consistently been an innovator, pushing boundaries and redefining standards in the field.
In 2017, while at Faith Technologies, Dave embraced a bold challenge: the company set a goal for each project to allocate 10% of budgeted hours to prefabrication—Dave committed to 20%. His leadership and vision not only met that ambitious target but far exceeded it, reaching an astounding 57% of the company’s total prefabrication output at one point. This milestone helped shape the trajectory of Faith Technologies’ prefabrication strategy and demonstrated the transformative power of forward-thinking field leadership.
Now serving as Field Director of Prefabrication and Quality Assurance, Dave continues to champion innovation, efficiency, and quality. He works closely with teams to streamline processes, elevate standards, and deliver exceptional results across every phase of construction.
